How will I know if my order is successfully placed?

Once you have placed your order through our website, you will receive immediate confirmation and an order number via the email address you provided to us upon ordering. If not received please double-check your spam or junk folders. If you don’t find our confirmation email within 24 hours please email info@healthvitalitywellness.com  for confirmation information.

 

When will my credit card be charged when ordering online?

You will be charged immediately after placing order.

 

Will I receive a notification when my order has been shipped?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email when your package has been shipped. If you placed an order and didn’t receive confirmation or a tracking number, please contact us at info@healthvitalitywellness.com

 

How soon will my package ship and how long does it take to receive my purchased item(s)?

Please allow at least 48 hours for your order to process and ship. Once shipped, Canada Post states 2-10 business days for delivery depending on your shipping address. You may track your shipment on http://canadapost.ca/.

 

What is your order cancellation policy?

Orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled and refunded.

If there is an issue with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please notify us of any issue with the product(s) ordered upon discovery at  info@healthvitalitywellness.com 


Our tinctures and salve can be returned within 7 days of the original product purchase date. A new, unopened product may be exchanged for credit or returned for a refund. Please note that CBD isolate powder is a final sale item and non-refundable.


To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days
  • You have obtained a product return code by contacting info@healthvitalitywellness.com  within 7 days of original purchase.
  • The product is unused and undamaged (please do not attempt to open bottles with pliers or other tools as this will void the return policy).  All tamper resistant bottle/packaging features must be intact completely upon return.


Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.


You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping (ALL packages MUST be shipped with a tracking number) and for the risk of loss or damage to the product(s) during shipping, both to and from healthvitalitywellness.com .

All Health Vitality Wellness packages are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and come with $100CDN in insurance coverage.
